Joining the Taoist Marrow Washing Qigong Training you will gain full access to the following: 

• Immediate Access to: Marrow Washing Qigong Learning Center - with our Preparation Practice of Dantian Development with the Dragon & Tiger Qigong Practice.
• Starting September 24th - November 26, 2023 -  We will begin delivering our first of TEN LIVE LESSONS detailing the practice of MARROW WASHING QIGONG TRAINING.
• Prerecorded Video detailing each the 24 movements of the Marrow Washing Qigong Practice :  we will provide unique prerecorded practice videos as a companion to each Live Lesson - so you may follow along with the practice in an easy way - after the live lesson -we will provide examples of individual movements and also demonstrate the complete form practice of the Marrow Washing Qigong.
• Lessons may be taken Live in real time by ZOOM - or you may also watch the lessons at your own pace from the Online Learning Center - you may take your time in learning.
• Access to our Private Marrow Washing Qigong Facebook Group - where we will post lesson links, updates, share Taoist philosophy - and answer member questions.
• Live Lessons will be Recorded, and kept in our archive in the Marrow Washing Qigong Online Learning Center - review past lessons at your own pace. Members will have 180 days of full access to the Marrow Washing Qigong Learning Center.
