KYOTO - INNER ALCHEMY RETREAT JAPAN - 2025
ALCHEMY RETREAT COST
You may have three different options to pay for this course training as listed below:
* ONE TIME PAYMENT: $4,350. usd
* TWO PAYMENTS OF: $2,175. usd
* THREE PAYMENTS OF $1,450. usd
NOTE: we are only able to take 10 members for this special training, so please register early to ensure your place in this amazing and life changing journey.

RETREAT COST INCLUDES
RETREAT COST INCLUDES:
All on ground Costs in Japan are included. Once members arrive in Kamakura Station all hotel lodging, all local transportation (train / bus / taxi ), all temple admission tickets, and a Spa Sento experience are all included. (hotel lodging is double occupancy)
All daily Qigong lessons, and guided Inner Alchemy Retreat Training are included. Members will be immersed in profound daily Qigong training, Taoist Theory discussions, and guided practice sessions of Inner Alchemy each day during their trip guided by Jesse Lee Parker
All guided temple tours, and visits to sacred sites are included - During our journey in Japan we will visit many special temples and spiritually charged sacred sites guided by Jesse, Yuko and at times local Japanese Masters.
All meals of breakfast, lunch, dinner are included in Kamakura / All meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner are included on the mountain retreat and in Kyoto. We will experience wonderful and delicious meals of Japanese cuisine in this journey - but also enjoy some local western foods or yummy snacks at times. All breakfast, lunch and dinners will be included once members arrive in Kamakura - we will have a big welcome dinner together on October 1st. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is all included during the Mountain Retreat and in our stay in Kyoto City --

COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
International Airfare, and travel insurance are not included.
Members will be responsible for their International flights to Japan. Members are responsible for their transportation by train to and from the International Airport to Kamakura Station - we will help members in their train travel - it is very simple and a direct train to Kamakura.
***We highly advise members to obtain comprehensive travel and accident insurance.
We do not offer credit, additional lessons, make up lessons, or partial refunds for any missed lessons or lectures during the retreat training. It is the students own responsibility to attend lessons on time.
We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for this retreat training in Japan, such as the purchase of clothing, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your retreat training.
*** We work very hard to ensure a magical, mystic, and sacred experience for our members of the Kyoto Retreat Training 2025 - we strive to present Ancient Techniques of Wellness from the Taoist Tradition for Self Transformation, Healing and Spiritual Awakening. We work hard to maintain the highest standards of integrity in all of our work teaching Qigong and Inner Alchemy Meditation during our Mountain Retreats.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel the Kyoto Retreat Training 2025 - Immortal Arts Academy & Jesse Lee Parker - do not offer refunds for any reason. The remaining portion of your course fee payment - after cancelation penalty is deducted - may be used as credit for another program, course or training retreat - which must be used within two years of our current Training course start date of October 1, 2025. We will gladly also transfer your credit to another student, family member or friend on your behalf.
We do our best to be fair, just and honest in all situations with our members - so please feel free to contact and communicate with us if there is any difficulty, problem or question. We do our best in a fair and honest way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:
*** If you cancel 45 days or more before course start date of October 1, 2025 ***
100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat, Course or Program.
*** If you cancel 35 - 44 days before your Program start date of October 1, 2025 ***
75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat or Program.
You will forfeit 25% of the price of your Program Fee.
*** If you cancel 15 – 34 days before your Program start date of October 1, 2025 ***
40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat or Program.
You will forfeit 60% of the price of your Program Fee.
*** If you cancel 14 days or less before your course start date of October 1, 2025 ***
You will forfeit your entire Program Fee.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit, additional lessons, make up lessons, or partial refunds for any missed lessons, unused services or missed activities.
KYOTO RETREAT 2025 - CANCELLATION POLICY
While we have never cancelled a Program to date, if we must cancel our retreat training and course dates for any reason, you may transfer your full course payment to another retreat, program or private lessons, or you may request a refund of your payment to us in full, constituting a full settlement in this case.
Immortal Arts Academy and Jesse Lee Parker is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled programs, such as loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your training program with us.
Responsibilities
Immortal Arts Academy and Jesse Lee Parker acts only in the capacity of an agent in making available Training in the Taoist Arts of Qigong and Inner Alchemy Meditation in Japan and shall not be held liable or responsible for any extra expenses incurred by our members preparation for course training, travel nor for any loss of any kind. We shall not be held responsible in any way for any emotional discomfort that may arise during this training, nor any dissatisfaction, discontent, injury of any nature, or injury incurred through members improper training in the Qigong, Meditation, Stretching, or Taoist Breathwork methods we present on this Retreat Training 2025. We are not responsible for any damage, or any personal accident of whatsoever nature arising from the use of our programs now, while on retreat in Japan or in the future. We are not to be held responsible in any way in the case of: natural disasters, force majeure, war, or earthquakes.
We highly advise our members to obtain Full Comprehensive Travel and Accadent Insurance.
We work very hard to ensure a magical, mystic, and sacred experience for our members, and strive to present Ancient Tools of Wellness from the Taoist Tradition for Self Transformation, Health, and Spiritual Awakening. We have never had an accident, or a dissatisfied member on any of our Programs and Retreats. We work hard to maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty and fun in all of our work teaching Qigong and Inner Alchemy Meditation Retreats.
